This week I spoke at Media Hungary on the shores of Lake Balaton. (The water is shallow and was warm enough for swimming.)
I ran two workshops using exercises from my new book about letting go. The first was about discovering your shadow, so you can let go of the judgments that you’ve projected onto other people. I learned this exercise from the late Debbie Ford and it has made a big difference to my professional and personal life.
The second exercise was about ‘being empty’ during one-on-one meetings which you’ve been invited to attend. I learned this technique from Sri Nithyananda Swami in India. The less you say, the more space you create for opportunities to work together.
